• Real estate & commerce data: property preferences, listings interactions, orders, invoices, and delivery details.
• Authentication: Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or similar providers (as enabled per app).
• Payments: transaction status via third-party gateways (KNET, UPayments). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage: device type, OS, app version, IP address, diagnostics, and security logs.

• Provide brokerage, PropTech, and retail application services.

4. Third-party processors

We use service providers including Google Firebase (authentication and cloud data), payment processors (KNET / UPayments), cloud hosting, and app distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store). They process data only to deliver their services under contractual safeguards.

We use TLS encryption in transit and organizational security controls. Services are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data.
